OXIDIZING DEVELOPER EMULSION

1.5% (5 vol.) Color Developer. Transforms a lasting permanent color cream into a color cream for toning. The delicate formula of the Oxidizing Emulsion ensures moisturising and softening properties, effectively protecting hair and scalp during toning, dying and bleaching. Intended  to  be  used  together with professional BOUTICLÉ colouring and bleaching products in accordance with instructions for use.
